Open Access Solar Power Model/Hybrid Park


Solar power through Open Access is an arrangement where power producer establishes a solar power park at an appropriate location and signs a medium/long-term power purchase agreement with a consumer.


Leasing Model


In this model, the customer obtains the rooftop solar system on lease from a financing partner by agreeing for a Security deposit( Typically 20% in form of FD, MUTUAL FUND BONDS etc.) and agreed lease rental for a fixed period(5-7 Year). In that period customer get all benefits of GST and Depreciations ( GST input credit in customer account and also eligible to claim depreciation)


One-Time Investment /CAPEX Model


In the one-time investment model, the consumer chooses to make an upfront capital expenditure. As you settle the entire cost of the 1MW solar power plant with your solar energy company, you become the owner of your solar plant and all the energy it generates.

As a solar power owner, you benefit from the supply of free-of-cost, clean electricity for the next 25+ years.


Land Leasing Model /Resco Model


The consumer provides the space, and the developer invests in the equipment, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the plant. Consumer get Cheaper and risk-free electricity.

The consumer enters into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the solar developer for a fixed tenure (between 15-25 years).

Once the PPA expires, the rights of the solar plant get transferred to the consumer at zero cost.
